HCSA Check and Refund Policy

 

Check Policy:

· A $25 service charge will apply to each non-sufficient fund check.

· All league fees must be in good standing for a player to be eligible for placement on a team.  Players will remain ineligible for team placement until all outstanding financial obligations have been met.

 

Refund Policy:

· From April 24th until player draft (July) = Full Refund

· Player draft until Opening Day (Aug) = Refund less $25

· After opening day = No Refund

· To request a refund send an e-mail to the registrar@horsethiefsoccer.com

All in person registration dates have been completed.

 

 

 

Register by Mail

1.  Complete a registration and field use agreement form for each child being registered

2.  Pay online using the link above or mail a check to the PO Box shown below.  Make the check out to HCSA and put the players name in the memo section.

3.  Mail a copy of the online payment, completed registration form, and field use agreement to .

Note:  The uniform sizes that you specify on the registration form will be the size that your child receives.  Sizes are YXS, YS, YM, YL, AS, AM, AL, and AXL
