Team Parents

It takes a lot to be a team parent so we’ve added a page just for you.  So what qualities make a good team parent and what is expected of a team parent?  Read below.

 

Common qualities of a team parent:

Organized

Friendly – Good people skills

Immediately accessible – either through email or phone

Motivated – self starter

 

Responsibilities of a Team Parent:

Attend the Team Parent Meeting

Check Team Parent box each game day Saturday for information

Order or make a Team Banner

Work with parents to find a team Sponsor

Make snack schedule

Make a Team Roster including phone numbers – the Manager may prefer to do this

Ensure Opening Day pre-sale orders are collected and turned in to the league

Organize team pizza parties

Organize end of year team party

Organize Manager/Coach gifts

Distributes league and event information to players/parents
